We are perfectly situated on 30A, 350 yards to the beach, and an easy bike ride or beach walk to Seaside. Close to Alys & Rosemary beaches too. Enjoy our 2 pools, 2 tennis courts, a basketball hoop, picnic area, a fishing lake with a picturesque wooden bridge, and great nature trails all quietly tucked away in the middle of everything. An amazing hidden gem! The space We'd like to welcome you to Seagrove Sands 30A in Cassine Gardens! Seagrove Sands is our little slice of paradise quietly tucked away in the middle of everything 30A. We are just steps to the beach, shopping and fine dining and a short bike ride to Seaside, Watercolor, The Hub/Big Chill, state parks and more. This renovated end unit, two-story townhouse features a fully equipped kitchen, half bath, dining room, living room, laundry room and a screened porch on the main level. The main level is beautifully tiled and easy to clean. The upper level has two bedrooms, one en-suite with a new King bed (Sleeps 2) and a cozy sitting area with a chair/bed (sleeps 1). There is also a sunny deck off of this bedroom to enjoy. The second bedroom has a Queen (Sleeps 2) and Twin (Sleeps 1) bed and a peaceful screened porch overlooking the trees. The upstairs has all new LVP flooring throughout. This home is newly furnished and beautifully updated so that you'll be so comfortable that you will want to make it your regular 30A stay. Seagrove Sands is perfect for individuals, couples, families or groups of up to six guests who want to be close to the beach yet surrounded by natural forests. It's also great for being so close to all of the action but being able to retreat for some peace and quiet. Guests will enjoy the well-equipped kitchen with all updated appliances, granite countertops, soft closing drawers and cabinets, and deep pantry allowing for you to stay in for meals or just grab snacks for the beach or pool. There are also plenty of plates, bowls, cups and utensils for both adults and children, in addition to serving pieces and storage containers for any leftovers. Your family will love the dining area with a large 6-person counter height table and a touch of whimsy with a fun, beachy fish light fixture hanging overhead. The adjacent breakfast bar with three additional stools is often a popular spot in the dining area as well. The dining room flows openly to the living room to easily integrate activities in both areas. Furnishings in the living room were chosen with our guests in mind and include a gorgeous and comfy new sectional sofa, "dad's favorite" beachy swivel chair, a multi-purpose upholstered ottoman, solid wood end tables and a perfect, unique TV console for supporting the 55" smartTV. Your family is sure to enjoy so much fun together on this main floor during your stay. And there is even a screened porch right off the back of the living room to extend the family fun to the patio as well. This is also where your laundry room is located and you will have access to the washer and dryer during your stay. You'll love exploring all there is to offer in the area while staying at Seagrove Sands 30A. Aside from enjoying the clear blue water and white sand beaches that the Emerald Coast is known for, there is a thirty-mile paved path that stretches along 30A. Walk, bike or run along this path to easily explore adventures like kayaking dune lakes, picnicking in state parks, going to farmer's markets, enjoying food trucks, live music, and playing pickleball. Just about 2 miles away is the heart of Seaside with the cutest boutique shops, delicious restaurants, a great market and lots of picture-perfect spots. Publix grocery store is also very conveniently located just about 2 miles away in Watercolor. Watersound Beach Club, the Hub, Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach are all just a short drive away. And for a day trip you can easily reach nearby Panama City Beach and Destin areas for fishing, dolphin, crab island and snorkel charters as well as shopping and special events.
